Where is your office located?
How long are sessions, and how often will we meet?
How do I pay for sessions?
I accept all major credit and debit cards. Credit/debit card payments are set up through a secure and HIPAA-compliant website which stores your card information and charges the day of the session.
I also accept Venmo and Zelle.
Do you take insurance?
How do I set up an appointment?
To schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation, head over to the Contact page, so we can discuss what is bringing you to therapy, answer any questions you have, and schedule your first appointment!
What is your cancellation policy?
I put aside a dedicated time weekly for each of my clients. I understand that life happens, and there may be some days we will have to cancel/reschedule.
I require a 48-hour notice to cancel appointments. Otherwise, you will be charged a full session fee for appointments missed or canceled in less than 48 hours.
If I have availability, I can offer same-week reschedules.
If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, you can be seen for the remainder of your allotted time but will be charged for the full scheduled appointment time.
What age ranges do you work with?
Do you work with women, men, couples?
What do you actually do in sessions with clients?

I want to hear your story, so I will spend time getting to know you and how you have grown into the person you are today. We will talk about hang-ups and goals, and I will help you learn how to process uncomfortable feelings/memories that have taken up space in your life.
Do your clients receive assignments between sessions?

If I recommend any exercises between sessions, they will be intended to build on what we talk about in session and reinforce healthy coping skills.
What modalities do you use?
I use an integrative approach and combine Person-Centered and Emotion-Focused therapy techniques in my treatment. I will also pull techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy to assist with learning how to set healthy boundaries and regain confidence.
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
What’s your professional training and experience?
I come to you with nine years of experience in the therapy world. I have worked in crisis residential treatment, private practice, and with law firms providing assessments to plaintiffs involved in lawsuits.
